What are visual communication cards*Visual communication cards use simple pictures and words to help children express their needs, feelings, choices and daily activities. They can be used at home, school, therapy sessions or while out and about.Who are these cards suitable for?Our cards are designed for children who benefit from visual communication support, including children with speech or communication difficulties. They can also be used by parents, caregivers, educators and therapists as part of their existing communication strategies.How are the cards sold?Cards are sold by category, with each category containing between 2 and 4 binding pages. Individual pages within a category are not sold separately.Each binding page contains 24 cards — 12 on the front and 12 on the back.How many cards will I receive?The number of cards depends on the set you purchase:2 pages: 48 cards — S$40
3 pages: 72 cards — S$60
4 pages: 96 cards — S$80What size are the cards?Each card is approximately 5.3cm wide and comes with rounded corners for safer and more comfortable handling by little hands.Are the cards reusable?Yes. The cards are laminated for durability and designed for repeated everyday handling. Velcro is attached so the cards can be removed and returned to the binding pages easily.What is a binding page?A binding page holds your communication cards when they are not being used. Each page holds cards on both the front and back and is specially trimmed along the bottom for easier access.What is a collate page?The collate page can be placed at the back of the ring folder. Your child can select cards from the binding pages and place them onto the collate page, making it easier to organise and communicate using selected cards.Does every order include a ring folder?A ring folder is included free for orders over S$80. For smaller qualifying orders, the folder is not automatically included unless otherwise stated.What are the order rewards?For a minimum order of S$60, shipping is S$3. Orders over S$80 receive free shipping and a ring folder. Orders over S$120 also receive a free collate page. Orders over S$250 receive 10% off, plus a free collate page, free shipping and a ring folder.Is there a minimum order?Yes. The minimum order is S$60.How much is shipping?Shipping is S$3 for the minimum S$60 order. Shipping is free for orders over S$80.Do you deliver outside Singapore?At the moment, the store is designed primarily for delivery within Singapore. If you plan to support overseas orders later, this FAQ can be updated accordingly.Are all items new?Yes. All items are brand new.Can I choose individual cards from a category?No. Each category is sold as a complete set containing all of the pages shown on the product listing. Individual cards or individual pages cannot be selected from within a set.Can I mix pages from different categories?The standard sets are sold according to the categories shown on the website and their respective number of pages. Pages cannot be substituted between sets.What if I can't find the card I need?We’re always looking to expand our collection. If there is a particular card, word, activity or Singapore-specific item you would like to see, you can send us a suggestion through our Contact Us section.Can I request a customised card?You can contact us with your request. Availability will depend on the type of card and the customisation required. We’ll let you know if we’re able to accommodate it.What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the affected item. We’ll review the issue and assist you accordingly.
